## Every guest arrives with several devices

Guests now arrive at a campsite or hotel with a phone, a tablet and a laptop, and expect all of them to work — at reception, in the room, on the pitch and by the pool. When the WiFi fails, it soon shows in the reviews.

BBVision designs and installs WiFi networks for campsites, hotels and business premises, using professional equipment from Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Cambium Networks, Ruckus and HPE Aruba. Our projects include WiFi for 1,000 users at Olea Camping and 35 access points at Taber Pašman Camping.

## From plan to installation

First we walk the site: we check the existing signal, sources of interference and the places where guests spend most of their time. From that we draw up a coverage plan with the placement of every access point.

Then we install the access points and configure the WiFi controller and the guest login page (guest portal). Rooms, terraces, pitches and the pool are planned together, as one network with the same name everywhere.

## Management and maintenance

Guest traffic is kept separate from your business traffic (VLAN), so reception, the till and the cameras keep working however many guests are online. Bandwidth is shared fairly, so no single device can take over the whole connection.

After installation we can monitor the network remotely, keep the firmware up to date and adjust the settings when your property grows or changes. Before the season we also offer a check of the whole network, so it is ready for the first guests.
