## Ready to work from day one

A new office, a new reception or a growing business means a lot of new equipment that has to work together — from the very first day.

BBVision handles the whole job: unpacking and installation, operating systems and software, connecting everything to the network and testing. At Olea Camping we supplied and set up the IT infrastructure, alongside the network, WiFi and video surveillance.

## Servers, computers and peripherals

We install and configure servers, for example Dell — rack-mounted or tower — including virtualisation where it makes sense. Workstations are prepared with the operating system, the software you need and sensible security settings.

Network printers, scanners, IP phones (e.g. Grandstream) and other devices are connected so that everyone who needs them can use them. When several computers are set up, they all get the same software and settings, which makes them easier to maintain.

## Integration, training and documentation

Every device is connected to the network, with access to shared folders, email and business applications. At the end we train your staff, so they quickly find their way around the new equipment.

At handover you receive written documentation: a network diagram, an equipment list and the access details. That makes any later maintenance or expansion quicker, and everything stays clear even when the person looking after IT changes.
