## An IT partner for your business

Few businesses or hospitality properties have their own IT department — yet the computers, the network and the equipment still have to work. BBVision takes care of the technology while you get on with your business.

For clients such as La Luna Hotel, as well as schools and municipalities, we maintain IT systems and networks on a regular basis, not only when something breaks. When your business needs it, we also sign an SLA contract with agreed response times.

## By phone, remotely or on site

Get in touch by phone, by email or through our ticketing system, so no request gets forgotten. Many problems can be solved remotely over a secure connection, without waiting for a visit.

When someone needs to be there in person, we come on site — from our offices in Ogulin and Novalja we work across Croatia. Call us when you need us, or choose a support package, from basic to premium.

## Monitoring and regular updates

It is better to prevent a problem than to fix it once it happens. We can monitor your network and key equipment remotely, so problems are spotted in time.

We install security updates and patches regularly, so computers, servers and network equipment stay protected against known threats. Once a month you receive a report on the state of your systems and the work done.
